The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, reacted to the operation carried out this Friday by SPAK against a criminal group in Durrës, where former police officers were also handcuffed.

Through a status on social networks, Balla congratulates the police and SPAK.

He says the resurgence of the rule of law is hitting hard at the age-old disease of crime's ties to police and justice.

The minister warns that there will be no tolerance for police officers involved in criminal activity.

"Congratulations to the State Police and SPAK prosecutors for the attack on another criminal group in Durrës.
