Spaho: The DP list is the winner, for the SP it is not worth stopping at names

The Democratic Party candidate for the Korça region, Edmond Spaho, has launched his electoral campaign with a series of field meetings, emphasizing the need for political change and the restoration of hope among citizens. With a long experience in politics and an unwavering commitment to the issues of the area, he presents himself as the voice of those seeking development, justice and concrete support, especially for agriculture, livestock and abandoned youth.

Spaho stated that his engagement in politics began in the early 1990s, with a great desire to contribute after the fall of the dictatorship. He described this journey as one of the best experiences of his life, as he had the opportunity to help citizens and serve at different levels of the DP structures.

" I entered politics in the early 90s, with a great desire to be active, considering that it coincided with the fall of the dictatorship. After so many years, I can say with complete certainty that it has been one of the best experiences. I have been able to contribute in many directions and different levels of the DP structures, but the most important thing has been the help and service to citizens. This is the best experience I have had and I feel pleasure when I go to the area after so many years, people are still grateful to me for the most different issues that I have been able to exchange with them ," said Spaho.

Spaho announced that he has been launching his election campaign for three weeks with individual meetings on the ground, to create the strongest possible structure that will support him in collecting votes for the May 11 elections. He emphasized that his main goal is the citizens, not personal interest, adding that in this challenging process, the Democratic Party coalition must win to bring about the change that the country needs.

"It's been three weeks since I started the campaign with individual meetings with people to prepare the structure that will support me to collect as many votes as possible in the May 11 elections. The goal is citizens first and foremost. This system is somewhat complicated because in addition to the party vote, an individual vote is also required, but my colleagues and I think that first and foremost we must ensure the victory of our DP coalition. Let's get rid of this evil that has gripped the country and then look after our own interests ," said Spaho.

Duke folur për zonën e Maliqit, ku ka qenë përfaqësues për shumë vite në Kuvend, Spaho kritikoi gjendjen e rënduar të bujqësisë dhe blegtorisë. Ai tha se prodhimet nuk shiten, numri i krerëve është përgjysmuar dhe nuk ka politika subvencionuese nga shteti. Sipas tij, mungesa e të rinjve dhe dominimi i pensionistëve në fshatra është një sinjal alarmant për braktisjen e zonës, një problem që Partia Demokratike ka në fokus për ta zgjidhur.

"Unë në Maliq kam qenë për të gjithë kohën si përfaqësues, si deputet në Kuvendin e Shqipërisë. Mendoj që ka bërë jashtëzakonisht shumë hapa prapa në drejtim të bujqësisë dhe blegtorisë. Maliqi është një zonë rurale ku njerëzit mbahen me bujqësi e blegtori, për fat të keq nuk shiten prodhimet, numri i krerëve është përgjysmuar. S'ka politika subvencionuese, bujqësia e blegtoria pa subvencione nga shteti marrin fund. Fshatrat janë zbrazur, nuk gjen më të rinj që është shumë shqetësuese. Është tmerrësisht shqetësuese ku në çdo fshat sheh vetëm pleq pensionistë, me pensione fare minimale, nën 150 mijë lek (të vjetra) rasti më i mirë, por marrin e më pak se kaq. Këto janë fusha që programi i PD i zgjidh, edhe unë vëmendjen time në zonën e Maliqit kryesisht e kam përqëndruar në këto çështje, sigurisht pa lënë pas dore edhe zullumet që ka bërë administrata si në nivel qëndror ashtu edhe në nivel vendor", tha deputeti.

Spaho u shpreh me bindje se lista e kandidatëve të Partisë Demokratike është listë fituese dhe premton një rotacion politik të domosdoshëm. Ai nuk u ndal gjatë tek kandidatët e Partisë Socialiste, por përmendi se dështimet e kësaj force politike mishërohen nga individë si Niko Peleshi. Sipas tij, shpopullimi dhe humbja e dy mandateve për qarkun e Korçës janë prova të qarta të keqqeverisjes.

"Lista e kandidatëve të PD është lista fituese që në zgjedhjet e 11 Majit ne do të arrijmë të sigurojmë rotacionin dhe po bashkëpunojmë mirë njëri me tjetrin për këtë rezultat. Sa për listën e PS nuk ja vlen të ndalesh tek emrat, ato që i ka shkaktuar vendit Partia Socialiste i mishërojnë fare mirë këta individë. Ç'mund të them unë për Niko Peleshin kur pas 12 vitesh qeverisje, Korça për shkak të politikave të shpopullimit, ka 2 deputetë më pak dhe këtu e kupton se çka hequr popullsia e këtij qarku dhe pse nuk duhet të votojnë PS por të votojnë Koalicionin për Shqipërinë Madhështore dhe PD", deklaroi Spaho.

Në përfundim të intervistës, Spaho bëri thirrje për reflektim dhe angazhim qytetar. Ai kërkoi nga votuesit të mendojnë për të ardhmen e tyre dhe të fëmijëve, për ata që janë larguar jashtë vendit, dhe theksoi se mënyra e vetme për të kthyer shpresën është një faqe e re në politikë.

" This is the call. It is an excellent opportunity to ensure political rotation. Think about your future, think about your children, think that everyone has fled to emigration and the only way to bring them back to the country is to open a new page, a new policy in the development of the country but also of the Korça region. Therefore, vote for number 1 ," the deputy said.
