The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held a short press conference this Sunday. In his speech, Berisha said that on this day, the sovereign gives a historic verdict.
Regarding the electoral process, Berisha said that anyone who violates the law will be held absolutely responsible.
"Now, everything has a very serious international observation and an equally serious national observation. And anyone who undertakes to violate the law in this process will be held absolutely responsible.
