In the Elbasan Region, an incident occurred during the voting process. A woman was caught photographing her vote at polling station 2321. This polling station is located in a school in the city of Elbasan.
After being 'caught red-handed', the citizen justified herself by saying that photographing her vote was done unintentionally. However, photographing a vote constitutes a violation of electoral law and is punishable by a fine or imprisonment.
