The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has shared on social networks denunciations from citizens about vote buying.

One of the complaints is about Vullnet Sinaj, who says that last night he made the lists for the distribution of envelopes with lek in the Municipality of Selenica, while the distribution was to take place today.

The complainant also says that the main manager of Vullnet Sinaj supermarkets has distributed envelopes in the Vlorë River area and in Himara.

"The criminal Vullnet Sinaj buys votes!"

I condemn his heinous crime in the strongest possible terms.

"Dear Doctor! First, I wish us a profound victory. I am sending you very accurate and highly secret information about the territory of the Municipality of Selenica and the Vlora River. Deputy Vullnet Sinaj, with his camouflaged 'army', last night made the final lists for distributing envelopes in the area, and today they will carry out their actions.
The first on the list is the fuel station in Peshkëpi named Mesa Oil, owned by citizen Mirosh Hoxhaj. The party chairman in Vlahina, Florjan Muça, received the lists last night along with the envelopes, which can be caught red-handed. Soklo Hodaj in Selenica and a business in Vlora have received lists with envelopes. Engjëllush Bellaj, at the same time the father of the mayor of the Municipality of Selenica, will find lists with envelopes in the area and in his business in Vlora.
The main manager of Big Market, Arsen Devollaj, is located in the Vlora River area and on the coast in Himara with envelopes. Please, report it secretly, not to the police, because they have support. The chief democrat also shared another complaint received from citizens, regarding an incident that occurred in Kukës.

In the message sent to Berisha, the citizen writes that the director of the Kukës District Police initially pressured businesses to vote for the Socialist Party and then began distributing money in a police van.
