This Tuesday, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will have to testify at 10:00 a.m. for the "Partizani" file.

It is expected that Berisha will go to SPAK. This is because his daughter Argita Berisha declared last evening that her father will appear to testify.

The testimony session was scheduled last week, but the lawyers of the chief democrat requested its postponement, arguing that Berisha could not be present for objective work and family reasons.

The Special Court accepted the requests of the lawyers and postponed the hearing for this Tuesday, while the hearing for Jamarbër Malltez will be held on January 25.

Berisha is under house arrest. SPAK accuses the former prime minister of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", carried out in cooperation with his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezin.

SPAK claims that Berisha, in his capacity as Prime Minister, has favored the privatization procedures of the former "Partizani" complex and the direct beneficiary has been Malltezi.
