Today the Parliament, expelled 12 members of the PD/Opposition in protest

Today, the parliamentary senate takes place, when 9 items are planned on the agenda.

Today's session will not be ordinary, as 12 DP deputies will be absent, who have been expelled from the Assembly.

They are the head of PD Sali Berisha, Flamur Noka, Edi Paloka, Belind Kelliçi, Luciano Boçi, Ina Zhupa, Albana Vokshi, Luan Baçi, Tritan Shehu, Ervin Salianji, Gazment Bardhi and Bledion Nallbati.

Among other things, it is planned to review the request for the dismissal of Lindita Nikolla as Speaker of the Assembly.

For this reason, the session will be led by Ermonela Felaj.

Nga ana tjetër, jashtë Kuvendit, opozita do të protestojë, ashtu siç ka paralajmëruar kreu i PD-së, Sali Berisha.

Rendi i ditës i seancës plenare

Ne mbeshtetje te nenit 7, pika 6, nenit 27/1 te Rregullores se Kuvendit, bazuar ne kalendarin e punimeve per periudhen 5-25 shkurt 2023, URDHEROJ:

I. Mbledhjen e Kuvendit ne seancen plenare te dates 16.2.2023, ora 10:00. II. Rendi i dites i seances plenare eshte si me poshte:

1. Miratimi i procesverbaleve te seancave plenare te dates 2.2.2023 dhe 13.2.2023;

2. Njoftime;

3. Projektligj "Per disa ndryshime ne ligjin nr.10296, date 8.7.2010, "Per menaxhimin financiar dhe kontrollin", te ndryshuar" .

4. Projektligj "Per ratifikimin e marreveshjes, ndermjet Keshillit te Ministrave te Republikes se Shqiperise dhe Qeverise se Republikes se Finlandes, per eliminimin e tatimit te dyfishte ne lidhje me tatimet mbi te ardhurat dhe parandalimin e shmangien e evazionit tatimor".

5. Projektligj "Per ratifikimin e marreveshjes se huas, ndermjet Keshillit te Ministrave te Republikes se Shqiperise (huamarresi) dhe Agjencise Franceze per Zhvillim (huadhenesi), per financimin e projektit "Furnizimi me uje i qytetit te Durresit'"'.

6. Projektligj "Per miratimin e kontrates shtese per ndryshimin e kontrates se koncesionit, ndermjet Ministrise se Financave dhe Ekonomise, si autoritet kontraktues, dhe shoqerive "Sicpa Security Solutions" s.a. e "Sicpa Security Solutions Albania" sh.p.k., per projektimin, financimin, dizenjimin, prodhimin dhe ngritjen e nje sistemi per emetimin, shperndarjen, gjetjen dhe monitorimin e pullave fiskale e te pullave te kontrollit te barnave, miratuar me ligjin nr.l 0381 , date 24.2.20 11.

7. Projektvendim "Per shkarkimin e Kryetares se Kuvendit te Shqiperise, zonjes Lindita Nikolla.

8. Projektvendim "Mbi propozimin per punonjesit me kohe jo te plote pune prane KQZ, per procesin e pilotimit te votimit dhe numerimit elektronik ne zgjedhjet per Organet e Qeverisjes Vendore te dates 14 maj 2023"
