New electricity billing scheme/ Balluku presents the plan

The new electricity billing scheme was presented to citizens today. The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, held a meeting with employees of the Distribution System Operator, which precedes the new energy price that begins to be applied starting from February 1.

"About 90% of subscribers are families, the measurement should be 30 days and there should be no delays," said Balluku.

He further added that mechanisms have been established to carry out correct measurements.

Regarding complaints, Balluku said: "Complaints have decreased by 30%.

The new price requires greater attention. The price reduction of 9.5% per kW/h, at a time when the price of energy in the world is increasing.
