Celiabshi said that the recount process will take place at the "Fahrie Hoti" sports palace and will last up to 20 days.
Further, the head of the CEC stated that the recount is the competence of the KAS, and it will be the Complaints and Sanctions Commission that will decide on this process.
" The process will take place in the premises of the Fahrie Hoti Sports Palace. 24 or 25 counting groups will be established, consisting of 2 or 3 members of the CEC. The procedure will take 18 to 20 days. This process is a process that is the full competence of the KAS, it will be the KAS that will decide on every element of this process.
