DP leader Sali Berisha, in a statement to the media, has published videos showing vote buying in Tirana.

He stated that the facts delegitimize the government that emerged from the elections.

"So, as you can see, 76 million euros distributed publicly were not enough. 200 million euros in fines and interest forgiven were not enough. 500 million euros in procurements and concessions.

But they spend money on street corners to buy votes. These elections are never recognized.

These elections are a farce and not an election. So this farce will never be recognized.

Therefore, we present to the media, to Albanians, and to the international community, irrefutable facts of the farce that completely delegitimize the government that emerged from the elections.

This case was very demonstrative because it is very rare to capture the distribution of money. But here it is evident.
