Rama: Private entities that demand payment for services provided by e-Albania should be denounced

Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced that all citizens who need assistance in using the e-Albania platform for certain services can contact the municipal offices, as well as the relevant administrative units, in any city to receive the requested service, free of charge.

Rama further called on citizens to denounce all cases where private entities demand payment for services provided by e-Albania.

"All citizens who need assistance in using the e-Albania platform for certain services can contact the municipal offices, as well as the relevant administrative units, in any city to receive the requested service, FREE OF CHARGE.

"Any private entity (notary, lawyer or other office) that requests payment for services provided by e-Albania is in violation of the law and can be reported to the relevant institutions and sanctioned up to and including the revocation of its license," Rama writes./ CNA
