Rama ironizes Berisha: He has the mark on his forehead

Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a meeting with socialist youth in Lezha, ironized the leader of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha.

While speaking about Albania's EU membership negotiations, Rama stated that Berisha says the same thing, but he has the mark on his forehead.

"You mean we can get the passport with the swamp. Even the swamp says so. The owl has its own problems, it has the mark on its forehead and I don't know how anyone can imagine that it will have the doors of communication open like I have with our governing majority."
