The government retreated from the increase in the price of electricity/ Tabaku:

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku, commented on the decision of Prime Minister Edi Rama to withdraw from the increase in the price of energy for consumers who exceed the band of 800 kwh from October 1.

In an interview for ABC Live with journalist Sibora Bitri, Jorida Tabaku said that Rama may have withdrawn from public pressure. However, she said that the government may apply the measure in November.

Tabaku said that the number of families that pass the 800-year threshold goes up to 100,000 in our country, ABC writes.

“Duhet ta falenderojmë se nuk hyn në 1 tetor dhe hyn në 1 nëntor? I thash ERE-s mos jetë noter i qeverisë. Nuk është arritje e madhe. Ajo do të vazhdojë të jetë. Këtë fashë e kap e gjithë shtresa e mesme. Numri i familjeve që kalojnë fashën 800 kwh shkon deri në 100 mijë. Në vetëm 40% energji marrim nga importi. 60% e prodhojmë këtu. There is no energy investment and strategy from the government. The abuse of the companies is being transferred to the consumer", said Tabaku.
