The Chairperson of the Investigative Commission for Concessions in Health, Albana Vokshi, reacted after the majority approved without consensus, the work plan and requests for information.

Vokshi emphasizes that she closed the meeting in accordance with the Rules of the Assembly, and forced after the open and public boycott of the SP deputies, with their premeditated scenario to block at all costs the approval of requests for information.

"Following the meeting of the investigative commission for concessions in health is an illegal action! This is a violent usurpation and an arrogant violation of the law on investigative commissions unheard of in 33 years of the Albanian Parliament!

The meeting continued by the SP, after it was closed by the Chairperson of the Commission, is illegal, it is a mafia political self-judgment and its decisions are null and void.

Even the one-sided investigative plan voted by this political self-judgment is illegal and has zero legal value.

Today's act reconfirms the complete lack of will of Edi Rama to allow the investigation by the parliament of two of the most serious corrupt acts of his government as well as the political protection that he and the deputies blindly give to the most corruption and state robbery example of pluralism.

The opposition with consistency and unwavering determination will make full transparency and until the end about these corrupt affairs, about which even SPAK does not have the courage to tell the truth. That the 200 million euro affair was signed with the knowledge and will of Edi Rama!
