Commission of Inquiry on Health

At the meeting of the Investigative Health Commission, there are debates between the majority and the opposition. 

Albana Vokshi accused Plarent Ndreca of trying to obstruct the investigation, while the latter said that the investigations should be started immediately. 

Debate: 

Plarent Ndreca:  They should not waste a single minute of time, let's start from the investigation. My proposed order of business is to approve the investigation plan, then the evidence requests. The proposal of my colleagues who represent the majority is that the first item on the agenda is to approve the investigation plan so that we can start the investigation as soon as possible.

Albana Vokshi:  You have come not to investigate, to hinder the investigation. You also expressed this with yesterday's communication between the president and the vice president, using blackmailing language. Don't intimidate me, blackmail me, I will follow the parliamentary procedures. Article 15, point 2, states that the legal experts report the findings to the commission and propose the investigation plan. Once the data is provided, the commission approves the investigation plan according to the experts' proposal. So it starts only after the facts and evidence have been gathered, after the requested information is received from private institutions or companies. In no case is the investigative plan approved without obtaining the necessary evidence.
