The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has published another e-mail about the land scandal. Kelliçi emphasized that Erion Veliaj, before robbing the citizens of Tirana and the construction businessmen, first robbed the budget of the Tirana Municipality.

Këlliçi published the email of Denis Tollkuçi and an official of the Tirana Municipality, where they communicate about the reconciliations of the deposited amounts of waste and soil.

Kelliçi reported that until May 2018, there was no claim from the concessionaire to activate a new payment for the soil/inert sound.

According to him, after this month Erion Veliaj decides that the budget of the Tirana Municipality should pay for every public work the fee for the deposit of soil in his business.

"Of course, appetite comes with eating. After seeing it as a golden opportunity to steal tens of millions of additional euros, Veliaj in October 2018 imposed this fine for private businesses as well", he said.

Yesterday we informed you how the second corrupt affair worked, within the mega affair of the Tirana incinerator, the affair of the lands.

Through the agreement signed on October 15, 2018, the de facto owner of the Tirana incinerator Erion Veliaj, using the 5D directors, blackmailed, threatened and forced the construction business to pay for the deposit of soil, an amount that exceeds the value of 60 million euros. Money which of course came out of the pockets of Albanian citizens.

Today, through another e-mail, we will inform you that Erion Veliaj, before robbing the citizens of Tirana and the construction businessmen, first robbed the budget of the Tirana Municipality. The concession contract signed in 2017, for which Erion Veliaj gave approval in violation of the Law 'On Local Self-Government' without the consent of the Municipal Council, came into force in January 2018.

On January 21, 2020, between Denisa Tollkuç and an official of the Municipality of Tirana, there was communication precisely about the reconciliations of the deposited amounts of waste and soil. And more specifically, the official addressed Tollkuç saying:

"Referring to the table with the data of 2018, compared to your table we have differences... I believe the avoidance happened due to the fact that in 2018 the ordered payments only considered the item urban waste until the month of May, after this month we started to activate the payments according to 'urban, earthy, inert' voices.

So simply put, according to this communication until the month of May, there was no claim from the concessionaire to activate a new payment for the soil/inert sound. After this month, through a highly corrupt action, Erion Veliaj decided that the Tirana Municipality budget should pay for every public work the fee for the deposit of soil in his business. And of course, appetite comes from eating. After seeing it as a golden opportunity to steal tens of millions of additional euros, Veliaj in October 2018 imposed this fine for private businesses as well.

In the following days, we will make public some agreements of the Municipality of Tirana where you will understand at all that these are clearly a structured criminal group, who have acted in cooperation to steal the state budget and citizens' taxes. Documents that link the incinerator of Tirana, the 5D gang, Taulant Tusha, Ilda Qazimllari and the head of this criminal group, Erion Veliajn.

We call on SPAK not to waste a single hour, but today to seize all the assets of this structured criminal group, which starts with the Tirana incinerator, continues with the 5D gang and ends with dozens and dozens of apartments in the towers most important of Tirana. Apartments that Veliaj may have used to buy political influence within the SP Parliamentary Group.

I invite the citizens of Tirana again, that tomorrow, Friday, April 26, at 11:00, protest in front of the most corrupt City Hall in Europe, in defense of our taxes, in defense of the city of Tirana, without ever forgetting the image brutality of the National Theater as well as the murder of Ardi Gjoklaj, about which we will extract new data.
