Bill/ Balla requests the approval of the remission of fines

The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Taulant Balla, was also present at the meeting of the Laws Commission today.

Minister Taulant Balla today in the Law Commission requested the approval of the initiative of the SP for the remission of fines for the three bandages included in the draft law: Forgiveness of fines for constructions without permission in the village, forgiveness of fines from the time of the pandemic that have not yet been paid, as well as forgiveness of fines imposed in rural areas by Water-Sewage.

"As a representative of the Council of Ministers and on behalf of the ministries, I want to express our agreement in principle regarding the approval of this draft law, for the cancellation of administrative measures.

The initiative, I must inform colleagues, is not an initiative that is not found in other countries, and here I refer mainly to EU countries. I find it completely in the same line as undertaken in several EU countries and it is the same as one in Italy and France, as far as minor administrative violations are concerned, where cancellations of similar measures have been implemented for small constructions without permission, aiming, as the Italian parliament says, to reduce the financial burden on citizens", said minister Balla./ CNA
