The Legality Movement party has reacted to the sentencing of Prince Leka to 16 months of probation following the clash at the royal court. The latter question the process, emphasizing that communism and the idea of ????extinguishing the royal family continue in Albania.

PLL's reaction:
Statement from the Legality Movement Party (PLL) regarding the Decision against Prince Leka
The Legality Movement Party (PLL) expresses its deep concern regarding the recent decision of the Court of First Instance, where Judge Migena Laska sentenced Princ Leka to 16 months of probation. We consider this decision unjust and influenced by political motives, questioning the integrity of the judicial process.
It is worth noting that Judge Migena Laska is the daughter of Fatmira Laska, the judge who sentenced the poet Havzi Nela to death during the communist regime. This connection raises important questions about the tradition of political influence and the lack of impartiality that continues to characterize some segments of our justice system.
Prince Leka is a pure, highly respected figure, known for his commitment to the values ??of peace and public service as well as upholding national values. The accusations against him stem from a private family matter, which has been handled in an unreasonable and disproportionate manner, suggesting that the aim was more to damage his image than to resolve the matter fairly.

We raise the concern that in this case we have the beginning of a campaign to carry out to the end the directives and political project of the criminal communist gang that has held Albania hostage since November 28, 1944, for the annihilation of the Albanian Royal Family. It is worth reminding the general public that Prince Leka II was sentenced to death by the bloody, criminal communist regime since his birth.
Part of this farce is the prosecutor in the case, who also has strong ties to the communist regime, being one of the descendants of Gogo Nushi, part of that communist structure that continues to terrorize Albania since 1941.
So, to put it bluntly, we are concerned about the clear signs of political influences, still of the state security and communist crime type, and other backgrounds that seem to have influenced this decision. This situation, in addition to damaging Prince Leka's reputation, reinforces the negative perception that citizens have towards a judicial system that is often seen as biased and unfair.
PLL calls on the Court of Appeal to handle this case with impartiality and professionalism, reviewing the decision based on facts and fairness. Public trust in the justice system cannot be restored as long as the decisions made do not reflect the principles of law and integrity.

We stand fully in support of Prince Leka, convinced of his innocence and the values ??he represents. We also see this case as a moment to forcefully demand deep and genuine reforms in the justice system, with the aim of eliminating any political influence or narrow interests.
Thank you.
