"The people of our territory have got a symbol"/ The mayor of Ulcinj

The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, hosted the mayor of Ulcinj and an accompanying delegation in a meeting.

"The people of Ulcinj have a symbol", said Omer Bajraktari at the beginning of the conversation, expressing his solidarity with the democratic president for the planned political attack before the December 6 protest.

Berisha thanked the mayor for the visit and the expression of fraternal support, and the conversation moved on to the challenges of the Albanian factor in Albania, Montenegro and the entire Balkans.

"Na duhet fqinjësi e mirë me Malin e Zi" ka thënë Berisha duke u ndalur në rëndësinë e trevave shqiptare atje për historinë e Shqipërisë.

"Ndryshe nga vendet e tjera, që e kanë nxjerrë nga letërsia, shqiptarët e kanë nxerrë nga huta Rilindjen dhe ndergjegjen kombëtare" ka thënë Berisha duke kujtuar përpjekjet e trevave shqiptare, Plaves fhe Gucise tashmë jashtë kufijve, për mëvetësinë e Shqipërisë.


Berisha ka kujtuar se në vitin 2013, Shqipëria ia kalonte Malit të zi për nivelin e rrogave, ndërsa sot Mali i Zi ka rrogat më të larta në rajon ndërsa Shqipëria aktualisht i ka rrogat 20-30% përqind më të ulëta se Kosova, duke u renditur e fundit në rajon.


The mayor of Ulcinj has expressed concern about the lack of a customs point on the Albanian side in Zogaj of Shkodra, informing the president of the DP that the Montenegrins have opened it on their side.

At the end of a conversation with notes of solidarity and brotherhood, Mr. Bajraktari invited Mr. Berisha to visit the Municipality of Ulcinj, an invitation which he accepted with pleasure. /CNA.al
