Albanian politicians on the loud list of Great Britain/ "Wake up" Basha: It will be a big problem

The former chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has reacted to the statement received from the British embassy, ??where, among other things, it is said that some individuals, including Albanian politicians, will be declared non-women by Great Britain.

In a post on social networks, Basha writes that buying votes and misuse of public funds continue to be a major problem in Albanian politics.

“Mbështetja që disa personazhe publike marrin nga kriminelët në këmbim të korrupsionit të tyre mbyt zërin e popullit shqiptar. Siç tregon raporti i OSBE-së për monitorimin ndërkombëtar të zgjedhjeve parlamentare të vitit të kaluar, blerja e votave dhe keqpërdorimi i fondeve publike vazhdojnë të jenë një problem madhor në politikën shqiptare. Për sa kohë që politikanët janë në gjendje të punojnë me kriminelët për të blerë, shantazhuar dhe frikësuar votuesit, demokracia shqiptare do të mbetet e brishtë dhe e paplotë. Tani nevojiten ndryshime të mëtejshme dhe reforma zgjedhore”, shkruan Basha./CNA.al
