Përplasje mes Vokshit dhe Ndrecës te

Komisioni Hetimor për Shëndetësinë

Me debate ka nisur mbledhja e Komisonit Hetimor për Shëndetësinë.

Në fillim të mbledhjes ka pasur një përplasje mes Plarent Ndrecës dhe Albana Vokshit. Kjo e fundit është shprehur se kanë shkelur 4 herë ligjin duke mos ardhur në mbledhje, gjë që është kundërshtuar nga Ndreca. 

Socialisti ka kërkuar fjalën për procedurë, por është refuzuar nga Vokshi. 

Plarent Ndreca: T'i kursejnë njëri-tjetrit këto debate pa leje. Jemi këtu për proces të rregullt ligjor. Ne jemi për të bërë proces të rregullt ligjor. Ne nuk tallemi me procedurat. Të vërtetën do ta shohim nëpërmjet provave. Thirrja dhe drejtimi nuk do të thonë vendimmarrje. Kryetari ka vendime formale, jo thelbësore. Përcaktimin e rendit të ditës e bën Komisioni. Ne do të diskutojmë sot se për atë çfarë jemi mbledhur sot. 

Albana Vokshi: E përcaktojmë ne rendin e ditës, lexoni rregulloren pastaj hajdeni. Kemi shkelur 4 herë rregulloren. Është e detyrueshme pjesëmarrja në mbledhje. Nuk mund ta merrni 10 herë fjalën./CNA
