GJKKO rejected today the request to allow Fredi Beleri to leave the cell to be sworn in as mayor of Himara.

A reaction to this decision came a few minutes ago from the Democratic Party, which claims that GJKKO acted on political orders.

For the Democratic Party, Fredi Beleri is detained as a political prisoner, as an opposition candidate and as the elected president of the citizens of Himara, and not as a vote abuser.

The elected Mayor of Himara, Fredi Beler, has been denied a request for a special permit to participate in the constitution of the Himara municipal council and the swearing in as mayor.

GjKKO has thus applied the party order, and not the norms of the rule of law, denying the winning candidate to take the oath and the citizens of Himara the fruit of free vote and representation.

The Democratic Party considers the decision to be political and strongly condemns any step that makes the country's courts violate the principle of the separation of powers.

For the Democratic Party, Fredi Beleri is detained as a political prisoner, as an opposition candidate and as the elected president of the citizens of Himara, and not as a vote abuser. If it were for manipulations, thefts and abuses in detention cells, there would be 53 SP candidates with Edi Rama at the head.

Fredi Beleri did not break Edi Rama's totalitarian dream of a pink political map, but he got in the way of his plans for strategic investments with the ministers of the family and the ministers' relatives on the coast of the Municipality of Himara.

For this, he targeted him from the start and ordered his arrest.
