The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has stated that he will take the Durrës port agreement to Strasbourg.

During a statement to the media, Berisha said that the Constitutional Court has turned into an annex of the SP, taking unconstitutional decisions and not in favor of the public interest.
