By means of a letter, Mali has announced that he will not participate in the local elections, thereby resigning.
"I, the undersigned Arben Qamil Mali, born on August 9, 1968, submit my resignation for running as a member of the Tirana Municipal Council in the elections of May 14, 2023 from the Democratic Party," writes Arben Mali.
