The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has published a video with a cow on his social networks.

Meta declares that cows have halved since Rilindja came to power.

He says that his party has made a program to support farmers with direct payments, to encourage the quadrupling of cows in a record time.

"From 2017, when "Rilindja" alone took the steering wheel of the country, the number of cows, according to EUROSTAT, was halved from 490 thousand heads to 263 thousand.

The Freedom Party has a concrete program to support farmers with direct payments to boost the quadrupling of cows in record time.

The financing of livestock farms will be 200 Euros per head of cow and the profit threshold will be reduced to 3 heads from the current 10.

VAT for cattle feed will be ZERO.

We will give a direct payment of 5 Euros for each animal born or slaughtered, as well as for each liter of milk at the rate of 0.1 Euro/liter.

In this way, we put an end to depopulation, we guarantee the well-being of farmers and an exporting Albania!", emphasizes Meta.
