Meta wants a technical government/ "I will not be the prime minister"

The leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, like the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, asked for a technical government this Friday.

Meta said in one of his speeches that the opposition must be organized very quickly in an iron way to send the country towards a technical government.

"We are for a technical government, but the opposition must be organized very quickly in an iron-clad way, because we are dealing with a regime that invests in dividing the opposition and creating the idea that it is a strong regime, but in fact it is ridiculous. With an organization of the opposition, this regime will be overthrown like the Korçë-Ersekë road", he said.

However, the leader of PL declared that he will not accept to be the prime minister of the technical government.

"I have no preference regarding this issue. I don't accept to be the prime minister for a technical government, because you have to be a technician", stressed Meta./ CNA
