The primaries process in Kukës Municipality is closed/ The winner is

The Democratic Party has announced that the winning candidate of the Primaries in the Kukës Municipality is Emri Vata.

Through a press release, PD informs that after counting the ballots, candidate Emri Vata was declared the winner.

We remind you that the candidates Ardian Sokol Elezi, Emri Haxhi Vata, Gëzim Beqir Shehu, Uran Rakip Cengu, Ylber Haxhi Zeneli took part in this competition.

"The Commission for the Organization and Control of Electoral Operations of the Democratic Party followed today, Sunday, August 27, 2023, the primaries in PD Kukes to choose the candidate for the partial elections for Kukes Municipality.

Candidates in the Primary were:

1- Ardian Sokol Elezi

2- The name Haxhi Vata

3- Joy Beqir Shehu

4- Uran Rakip Cengu

5- Ylber Haxhi Zeneli

The process opened at 8:00 a.m. and closed at 6:00 p.m.

After counting the ballots, according to the official record received by the Voting and Counting Commission, the winner was declared: Mr. Name Vata.

The Commission for the Organization and Control of Electoral Operations thanks all the members who became part of the voting process for the election of the Candidate in the early elections of the Municipality of Kuka." - announces PD./ CNA
