Lulzim Basha released his spokesperson Mirela Karabina to talk about the two corrupt affairs, incinerators and sterilization.

In the statement to the media, Karabina points the finger at Prime Minister Edi Rama as the main person responsible for these two affairs.

Karabina says that Rama must be held responsible for the entire state structure of theft and corruption erected on the incinerators, the promotion of failed policies that were not aimed at improving the lives of citizens but the political justification and clothing of a pure scheme of misappropriation of funds of the Albanian state.

" For 8 years in a row, Prime Minister Rama and the government headed by him have defended with pathos the waste incineration policy and the "big" projects of this government in this sector.

These projects, which were proven through SPAK investigations to be corruption schemes designed, directed and administered by the highest levels of the government hierarchy, have cost Albanian citizens 450 million euros.

With the failure of the incinerators' corruption scheme, the government of "personal responsibilities" needed a new scheme to extort Albanian taxpayers' money.

According to the data available from the Democratic Party, and also made public by BIRN, it appears that Ilir Beqja, another senior government official who is expected to soon bear personal responsibility, in the direction of the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination ( SASPAC) which is directly dependent on Prime Minister Rama, has proposed two projects to the Government for Elbasan and Fier Districts.

These two projects qualified as "Unique of national importance" expect to collect from the state budget the sum of 113 million euros, which amount is divided into 50 million euros for the Elbasan district and 63 million euros for the Fier district.

About 60 million euros have been spent on the incinerator projects by the "personal responsibility" Government for both of these counties.

As a result of the proven theft of these sums, deputy prime ministers, ministers, deputies and other officials of the state administration have ended up at the door of justice.

A new theft scheme is emerging from the hand of the person suspected of corruption with sterilization and check up, Ilir Beqja, before entering the category of those who bear personal responsibility, is giving Edi Rama the opportunity to build new projects, which according to the standard of this government will be new thefts on the ruins of old thefts.

Today, Edi Rama must bear responsibility for the entire state structure of theft and corruption erected on the incinerators, he must bear responsibility for the promotion of failed policies that were not aimed at improving the lives of citizens but at dressing up and politically justifying a scheme of pure misuse of Albanian state funds.
