The former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, stayed at the Special Prosecutor's Office for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
He did not give details about the case that he sent to SPAK, but briefly stated that it has nothing to do with corruption or crime.
"I was for a statement on a matter that has no public interest. It has nothing to do with corruption or crime," said the former democratic mayor.
This was the second time that Bardh Spahia went to SPAK. On the morning of October 2, he stayed at the Special Prosecutor's Office for about 30 minutes./ CNA
