The Political Leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, denounced from the Municipality of Tirana that the police used violence against the protesters.

Kelliçi told the media that the officers have shown animalistic behavior towards the citizens.

He declared that the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha, will bear personal responsibility for this behavior of the police.

"The policemen's behavior is animal behavior, that's how it is when the police is led by a dictator's son, by a great-grandson of Enver Hoxha.

They are scared so even the police react in this way. We are not in conflict with the citizens of Tirana, but Edi Rama, Belinda Balluku, Erion Veliaj and all the ministers of this Government.

I am telling Ervin Hoxha directly that he will bear personal responsibility for what he is doing to the PD and the protesters. I'm telling you that you will bear personal responsibility and we have given you evidence that we do not forget. We will deal with you with everything you have done, with the orders to violate the protesters and with those who carry out your orders", emphasized Kelliçi./ CNA
