The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, accused the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha, of the protest.

Kelliçi said that Ervin Hoxha tried to bring the citizens and protesters who joined the civil disobedience called by the DP and the opposition into conflict.

He called on the officers of the State Police not to provoke the protesters, but to join in civil disobedience with the opposition.

"This is a protest called by PD. Thank you to all the car drivers who avoided the attempt of Edi Rama and his Minister of the Interior, Enver Hoxha's nephew, to bring the citizens of Tirana into civil conflict with today's protesters. We have submitted the letter two days ago to the State Police, the official letter for holding today's protest, we announced the schedule and location and implemented the law letter by letter.
