The deputy mayor of Tirana, Arbjan Mazniku, was asked this evening about the three things that the socialists "brag about".

Mazniku said that the greatest pride is the reconstruction of the educational structure.

"The first thing that is undoubtedly the greatest pride of the municipality is the essential reconstruction of the educational structure system. There are 40 new schools in both mandates. 36 are completely reconstructed, 20 new kindergartens while 25 schools have turned into what we call community centers.

They can be used by the community in the afternoon. In the preceding 4 years, no school was built in Tirana. We go from 0 schools to 40 new ones. Today we are proud that public nurseries have become a first choice for parents. They are as good as private gardens", he said.

Furthermore, the deputy mayor said that the two main ones are the transformational projects of the city and public infrastructure.

 "The second is the transformational projects of the city. Skënderbey Square, New Boulevard, the castle project, First Bird Boulevard, Zoo, New Market and a series of new projects that have had a transformative force in the territory around them. The third is public infrastructure", emphasized Mazniku./ CNA.al
