The second global leader after Edi Rama, Lulzim Basha, who is otherwise known as the head of Albanian politics, recently went to Strasbourg, to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where he met the Ukrainian delegation.

Basha has proposed that Russia compensate Ukraine, its citizens, companies and government, for the damages caused during its aggression. But this proposal of the global leader turns out to be duplicated.

" With the Ukrainian delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, we talked about the support that the democratic world should give to Ukraine in the just fight against Russia's unprovoked aggression.

The Russian Federation has an obligation under international law to compensate Ukraine, its citizens, companies and government, for damages caused by the illegal acts of the Russian Federation that were committed during its illegal aggression.

For this reason, I have proposed a resolution which has been widely supported by members of the Parliamentary Assembly. The resolution calls for cooperation between the member countries of the Council of Europe and other countries, with the aim of confiscating the sovereign assets of the Russian Federation in these countries, and the creation of an international fund where the confiscated assets will be deposited and the placement of these funds at the disposal of financing for the reconstruction projects of Ukraine ", declares Basha, who has been "caught red-handed" copying the ideas of others after the attempt to become a factor in politics again.

However, the stolen proposal should be taken more seriously now that a global leader like Basha said it.
