Ligji i parashkrimit/ Berisha: Një amnisti për hajdutët, zyrtarët nuk duhet të shpëtojnë nga krimet

Kreu i PD-së, Sali Berisha është shprehur në deklaratën e tij për mediat se një ligj tjetër që pret është ligji i parashkrimit.

Berisha nënvizon se ky ligj është një amnisti për hajdutët dhe se asnjë zyrtar i lartë nuk duhet të shpëtojë nga krimet.

“Ligji tjetër, jashtëzakonisht i rëndësishëm që pret, është ligji i parashkrimit.

Parashkrimi është një amnisti për hajdutët dhe kjo nuk mund të ekzistojë për zyrtarët e lartë. Qytetarët e tjerë le të gëzojnë këtë të drejtë, por zyrtarët e lartë nuk duhet ta gëzojnë në asnjë mënyrë.

Sepse siç e shihni, heqja e imunitetit ka zero efekt, kur tjetri ka kontroll total mbi drejtësinë.

Ne duhet të marrim çdo masë që askush që e kryen korrupsion, të mos shpëtojë deri në ditën e fundit të jetës së tyre”, është shprehur Berisha./ CNA.al
