Ligji i lustracionit/ Berisha: Duhet të insitojmë që të rikthehet

Kreu i PD-së, Sali Berisha po zhvillon mbledhjen me grupin parlamentar në selinë blu, ku ka folur për ligjin e lustracionit.

Berisha ka theksuar se duhet insistuar për sjelljen e këtij ligji pasi ka standartet më të mira dhe që tani nuk mund të ketë asnjë pengesë tjetër meqenëse është i sanksionuar në Kushtetutë si process.

“Ligji për të ndarë shoqërinë nga persekutorët e ish diktaturës.

Baza ekzsiton. Ideja e zëvendësimit të këtij neni me një ndërhyrje në Kodin Zgjedhor është një ide hakmarrëse e cila nuk bazohet tek lustracioni.

Duhet të insistojmë për sjelljen e këtij ligji që ka standartet më të mira dhe që tani nuk mund të ketë asnjë pengesë tjetër meqenëse është i sanksionuar në Kushtetutë si proces”, është shprehur Berisha./ CNA.al
