The former chairman of the Red and Black Alliance, Kreshnik Spahiu, has revealed the reason why Prime Minister Edi Rama has a beard.

While commenting on the attack on the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in the protest, Spahiu said that every politician has been violated, including Prime Minister Edi Rama.

He declared on Erla Mëhilli's show that the violence with levers 25 years ago, has split the jaw and cheek of the head of the government, who according to him covers it with a beard.

"In 32 years, every politician in Albania has been beaten with facts and evidence. I experienced when I was working in justice in the 90s, the beating of Nano in the isolation rooms in the prisons of Tepelena, Edi Rama was beaten in 95-96 and today he wears a beard because his jaw and cheek are cracked to cover the scars of 25 years of levers previously, Gjinushi, Milo, Imami, Majko, Pollo, Gonxhe, every political rival of Sali Berisha was beaten in 32 years. But would you say that today was karma for all that policy of violence against opponents to be reversed?
