The heads of the DP branches of the "stamp" condition Alibeaj/ "The candidate must be a politician, or we resign"

The head of branch number 12, Shpëtim Dushku and the head of branch number 9, Blendi Sulaj, have set a condition for MP Enkelejd Alibeaj regarding the name of the candidate for mayor of Tirana.

According to Dushku and Sulaj, coming up with candidates who do not represent the district and are not political, is not worth it since no victory is achieved.

While Dushku has warned that if this condition is not met, he will resign from the position he holds.

"I am for a political candidate, to be a deputy. Otherwise, I am not part of the campaign and I resign from the head of the branch" he is said to have said.

"Let's not nominate a candidate if he is not a politician, by winning Tirana you have achieved a political victory, nominating a candidate is not valid if he is not a politician. DP defeated the "Together for Victory in Tirana" coalition for the Municipal Councils", said Sulaj./ CNA
