The candidate of the opposition for the municipality of Durrës, Igli Cara, has shown one of the biggest problems of the residents of neighborhood 15 in the city.

In the photos shared on his Facebook account, Cara clearly shows the terrible state in which the sewage canal is located, filled with garbage and which undoubtedly brings problems to the residents of the area.

Cara points out that the improvement of this problem has been promised here for 20 years, but it's just an empty Friday, since the condition of the channel still remains the same.
