"May 14" elections/ Berisha and Këlliçi, meeting with the youth of FRPD at the blue headquarters
The head of the PD, Sali Berisha and the PD candidate ...

The candidate of the Democratic Party for the Municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, during a meeting with the DP Youth Forum, made several promises.
Kelliçi said that upon coming to the head of the capital's municipality, he will make public transport free for all citizens.
Then the PD candidate emphasized that there will be 24 hours of water in the capital, adding that he is ashamed to make this promise because according to him, this change should have been made by now.
"I am ashamed to say that there will be drinking water 24 hours.
The student card in Tirana does not work.
You should know that a young couple in Tirana needs 96 years of work for an apartment that the concrete mafia is building in Tirana.
Today in front of you I want to give one of the main promises of my campaign. With Belind Këlliçin at the head of the Tirana municipality, public transport for all citizens of Tirana will be free, making Tirana the second place in Europe where this service is available, enabling at least 200 thousand citizens of Tirana, without any difference ./CNA
