He did not become part of any coalition/ Agron Duka explains why he will compete

The chairman of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, has stated that he has decided to compete in the May 14 elections with the logo of the political force he leads and not in the coalition because he loses the logo of the party he represents.

During an interview with journalist Arian Çani, Duka said the reason for this decision was because by running with councilors in all municipalities of Albania, they are refreshing their party structures and establishing new ones. 

“Nëse hyn në një koalicion humbet sigla jote dhe nuk mund të konkurrosh në listën tënde të këshilltarëve. Duke qenë se partia nuk ka konkurruar asnjëherë që nga 2015 sepse dihen arsyet. Njëherë ishte marrëveshja Basha-Rama, njëherë nuk hymë në zgjedhjet vendore.

Kështu që nëse do të pranonim një aleancë qoftë me Berishën apo me të tjerë nuk do të mund të hynim nën siglën e Partisë Agrare Ambientaliste. Këto beteja elektorale në një farë mënyre i japin shumë ndihmë një partie të dimensioneve tona. Ne kemi pasur një garë në Ersekë para disa vitesh dhe ka qenë më mirë strukturat e partisë.
