"We submitted dozens of lawsuits"/ Berisha: Rama's party threw

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has spoken in a statement to the media about the violations and robbery of votes in the May 14 elections.

He stated that PD submitted dozens of lawsuits, but these were thrown in the bin by Prime Minister Edi Rama's party.

Furthermore, Berisha emphasized that after the denunciations, a serious and detailed analysis will be made with all the problems and shortcomings of this process.

" I guarantee you that OSCE-ODIHR and EC, EP, US Congress are deeply interested in election standards and never agree with these practices. So your voice will be heard, the voice of the citizens will be heard.

Dozens of lawsuits have been filed despite being thrown in the trash by Edi Rama and his party. But we still do our duty.

After the completion of the report we will start the analysis and it is our obligation.

The most serious analysis we have ever done on the developments, on the problems, on the shortcomings, on the defects of our entire electoral machinery from the head to the simple member.

The collection of this data is of extraordinary importance, it is a moral and legal obligation that we have before Albanian voters. It is vital to give the best answer to the problems and move towards the next battle. I want to assure the members and supporters that the analysis of the elections, which will be the next stage after the denunciation, will be done with the greatest seriousness, there is no doubt," said Berisha./ CNA.al
