Prime Minister Edi Rama held the thanksgiving meeting in Gjirokastër where he thanked the citizens for their support in the May 14 elections.
During the meeting with the citizens, Rama stated that when the SP took office in Gjirokastra, the city had only one and a half hotels, while now Gjirokastra is visited by 600,000 tourists compared to 200,000 in 2022.
"Every time he comes to Gjirokastra, he sees new things. I was remembering that in 2022 in Gjrokastra we closed with 200,000 visitors, while now with 600,000 tourists, this also shows the work that has been done. When we started, we found Gjirokastra with 1 and a half hotels ", he said./CNA.al
