DP MP, Jorida Tabaku

The deputy of the DP, Jorida Tabaku, has shown the 3 reasons that, according to her, prevented Lulzim Basha's DP from winning the elections and brought about their total failure, coming out as the last force in the Municipal Councils.

In an interview with journalist Nisida Tufa, Tabaku stated that the DP was rejected because of the mess it was in as a result of the split.

Secondly, she asserted that the Democratic Party of Vula was committed to the opponent and not to the ideas, and thirdly, she has called the appearance of the opposition with different candidates in the elections as the reason for the failure.

"300,000 Albanians, or 25 MPs less, is the result in 2021. Rejection by a part of society that, due to the chaos and noise made for 1 and a half years and the lack of an alternative, did not give us confidence.
We focused on the opposition not the ideas.
We have also left space on the ground. Thirdly, I think that our part of the opposition made maximum efforts to have common candidates in the field.
However, I believe that DP can change Albania, for what it represents" , she said./ CNA.al
