Padia e Bashës ndaj Veliajt/ GJKKO pushon çështjen

Lulzim Basha

GJKKO ka pushuar padinë e ish kreut të PD-së, Lulzim Basha ndaj kreut të bashkisë Tiranë, Erion Veliaj për shpifje.

Në seancë nuk është paraqitur as Basha dhe as avokatët e tij.

Në padi argumentohej se Veliaj, si drejtues i fushatës së Partisë Socialiste për Tiranën, ka bërë 3 akuza konkrete, duke shpifur për kundërshtarin politik, me qëllim që t’i dëmtojë imazhin Bashës.

“Këto të pavërteta janë bërë me qëllim dëmtimin e reputacionit dhe dëmtimin e imazhit në mënyrë të qëllimshme, duke qenë se Lulzim Basha është Kryetar i PD në opozotë dhe Erion Veliaj, si drejtues i fushatës zgjedhore të PS për qarkun e Tiranës, këto deklarime shpifëse i përdor për të përfituar kredo politike përballë qytetarëve, si për vete dhe për PS”, thuhej në padinë e ngritur ndaj Veliajt./ CNA.al
