Ngjela "scans" Basha's appearance on stage/ What will happen

Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the appearance on the political stage of the serial loser of the DP Lulzim Basha.

Njjela said that his exit was only a case and if he exits again, this will mean that he will really come back.

Njjela in an interview for Euronews Albania, he said that if Basha returns, PD will be built from scratch and that Berisha's bankruptcy brought the latter back to the scene.

 "If it will return, it will return to the legal PD, that is to that of Bardhi. The problem lies here, his release yesterday is just a coincidence. If we have two cases or more it is assumed that he will return to politics. Basha left because he accepted the American policy that 'non grata' cannot be a member of the DP Parliamentary Group. DP still does not have a party leader. If he is to return, he will return because he has been asked by a politician who has supported him. If it is not just a case of Basha's exit, it is certain that the latter will run for DP chairman in the next Congress that will take place. If Basha returns, PD will be built from scratch.
