The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu said in "Now with Erla Mëhillin" that about 20% of deputies do not live on the salaries they receive from their office.

According to him, referring here to the sources that informed him, for two years this part of the deputies has been living on other incomes and not on the payment they receive from the state.

"From all the statistics of subjects declaring assets, as well as those that are not declared assets, including information from banks that the administration or state employees receive salaries in the bank, the subjects that affect bank accounts the least are the deputies and ministers," - declared Spahiu, who said that he also had such information from contacts at the Assets Declaration Institute. / Euronews Albania
