Kelliçi: The municipality gives millions of euros for ghost incinerators

The candidate of the coalition "We win together" for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has stated that one of his goals is to reduce the cost for small and medium-sized businesses after May 14, calling it the economic engine of the capital and the one that employs hundreds of thousands of citizens.

Asked if his package of proposals is feasible, Kelliçi said that as long as there is money that goes to ghost incinerators and luxury services, there is also money to enable free public transport for citizens.

Excerpts from the studio conversation:

Këlliçi: Prioriteti im ulja e kostos së jetesës për qytetarët dhe ulja e tarifave për biznesin e vogël dhe atë të mesëm që është në zhdukje e sipër, ku vetëm këto subjekte janë 41 mijë, motori ekonomik i Tiranës. E kanë sot lakun në fyt për shkak të 10-fishimit të taksave që në kohën kur kryetari aktual ka marrë detyrën.

Synoj që me paken e propozimeve do zgjeroj gamën e biznesit, do ta formalizojë e do rrisë numrin e bizneseve qe do kontribuojnë në buxhetin e Tiranës.

Vasili: Kostoja e paketës së propozimeve mos është e papërballueshme e pa realizueshme.

Kelliçi: When there are millions of euros for phantom incinerators and luxury services and pleasures as operational services, there is money for these promises as well, it is a matter of priority and political will.
