The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, "clashed" with journalist Erla Mëhilli about the traffic in the capital.

Veliaj took examples from the world to justify the traffic in Tirana, while Mëhilli pointed out that parallelism cannot be made with Italy or France.

Veliaj said that traffic happens in all countries of the world and that Tirana is growing by 25 thousand people a day.

Erion Veliaj: Të pasurit probleme me trafikun apo me lëvizshmërinë në Tiranë , është një problem që e kanë të gjithë qytetet që po zhvillohen e po rriten. Nuk ka Bari dhe Leç trafik, sigurisht që ka Roma dhe Milano. Nuka ka periferia romantike e Francë, sigurisht ka Parisi.

Erla Mëhilli: Mos krahasohemi me këto vende se këto kanë shumë vende që ne nuk i kemi.
