The former Minister of Finance, Arben Malaj, has described the government's initiative for betting in the country as a failure, as he spoke about their return.

Malaj said in an interview with Marsela Karapanço that from the beginning Rama's initiative was governance with personal passion.

Economic crime must know where this money has arrived. I agree that you can't control it completely, but without legalizing it, billions were lost.

They should be legalized and taxed. Or to have a big national lottery and some winners come out like in Italy.
