Yesterday, the Court of Arbitration dismissed the request for the reinstatement of the "Becchetti" case, thus leaving in effect the compensation of 110 million euros that Albania must pay to the owner of "Agon Channel".

Analyst Andi Bejtja, former Editorial Director of "Agon Channel", spoke about this decision this evening.

Bejtja said on Çim Peka's show that one of the reasons why Rama hit the Italian businessman Francesco Becchetti was the incinerators.

"Ky ishte një operacion që u bë jo vetëm nga Rama, por nga dhjetëra struktura të shtetit, nga mediat që e shtynë për të mbyllur ‘Agon Channel’ se gjoja po prishte tregun, edhe pse nuk pranonte reklama nga Shqipëria. Ndoshta mund të ketë qenë edhe fakti që Becchetti kishte një biznes si ai i inceneratorëve, i nisur. Përveç hakmarrjes mediatike dhe frikës mediatike të televizioneve, ishte edhe këto bizneset e tjera të Becchettit, kryesisht të inceneratorëve që i kishte nisur si projekt.
